Shipping Policy for Woven Jin Studio Processing Time Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email. Shipping & Delivery We mainly ship to Singapore, Australia and Middle East countries. Standard shipping takes 3-14 business days depending on destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery Delays Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier, customs clearance, weather or local holidays. Please confirm your shipping address correctly during checkout. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days via ktan25646@gmail.com, we will assist you with compensation and replacement.
